🧽 How do I clean my Fidglitz toys?
Most of our fidgets are 3D-printed with durable, non-toxic PLA plastic. Just wipe them gently with a damp cloth — no soaking, scrubbing or heat, please!
🎨 Can I choose colours?
Some Fidglitz designs come with colour options — others don’t.
If you see dropdown menus for base colour or top colour on the product page, that means you can choose your favourites!
If not, that design comes as pictured
🚚 How long will my order take?
All Fidglitz pieces are made to order (because we 3D print every one with love 💖).
Printing, finishing and packing usually take 3–5 business days, then shipping time depends on your location.
💌 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship within the UK and to selected international destinations.
Available shipping options will appear at checkout.
🧡 My order arrived damaged — what now?
Oh no! That’s not the Fidglitz way 😢
Please email hello@fidglitz.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the issue — we’ll sort it out right away.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
Since each item is 3D printed to order, we only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items.
